Process

1. Create Your Project Briefs

AMPM Experts first needs to get an Executive Summary and Basic Background for the project. Then the project brief should clearly layout what the objectives and expected benefits of the project are. Included in the Brief should be the deliverables and scope of the project. Added to this would be the people, resources, and stakeholders that are a part of the project. It would be helpful to know the constraints, dependencies, and risks of the undertaking. And finally, we need to know who is on the team and how we will engage and give feedback as the project moves forward.

2. Get Matched To The Right Consultants

After examining The Brief, AMPM Experts will match the kind of expertise an organization is looking for, thoroughly specifying the qualifications required to complete the project. Those consultants that are qualified are then assigned to the applicable project to carry out the respective organizations vision. The assigned consultants will have solid experience, outstanding communication skills, excellent creative problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal skill sets. Our consultants execute and not just plan. They will move on a clear methodology and find the right solution.

3. AMPM Experts Communicates Our Proposed Solution

Once AMPM Experts receives The Brief and matches the right consultant to the job, we then set about creating an all-encompassing proposal. The proposal builds on The Brief, the consultant’s capabilities, but also adds in our experience of performing contracted engagements. During this period both AMPM Experts and the client have the opportunity to refine elements of the proposal in order to maintain the target of the client’s goals. This exchange almost invariably ends in a proposal that will solve the client’s immediate business goals.

4. Proposal Acceptance

Once the proposed solution is accepted by the client, AMPM Experts moves to creating a contract for services. For simple engagements, acceptance of the proposal might be sufficient to start an engagement. Very often though, a particular project will require a longer document. The final agreement is created keeping in mind all of the milestones and objectives that the client has specified. We do our best to build in some flexibility in all of our engagements.

5. Sign The Contract

By this time, usually all of the final information and documentation is ready. We have a very adept and efficient department that handles all the contracts for our various engagements. AMPM Experts will forward the final contact and paperwork to your organization for examination by the right parties. After final approval, we set-up a time to sign the paperwork. The final contracts are usually signed electronically for speed and efficiency, however in some cases we can send paper contracts and then use hand written signatures.

6. Work Directly With AMPM Experts To Complete The Contract

Signing a contract with AMPM Experts is not the end of engagement with us until you receive your deliverables, but rather it is the beginning of collaborative teamwork to accomplish everything your organization needs after making the decision to work with us. We do our best to keep lines of communication open and flowing and we are happy to report milestones that are part of an engagement with us. All members of our staff have excellent communication skills that will help create professional rapport with members of your team working on a project.
